Resolve participates with most major plans and also offers straightforward self-pay consultation pricing.
Insurance participation
Resolve is an in-network participating provider with many commercial insurance companies, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Ambetter, Cigna, Humana, UMR and United. Resolve will file a claim on your behalf for potential payment of weight-loss visits.
Resolve is currently accepting Medicare and Tricare patients and files claims directly for current patients. Patients remain responsible for deductibles, copays and services or products not covered by their plan. Some plans require a primary-care referral before the first appointment.
Resolve is not a Medicaid provider. Medicaid patients are charged self-pay fees.
Initial consultation
$235
Approximately 45–60 minutes with Jennifer Robinson, FNP-C. Includes medical and weight-history review, personalized planning, nutrition and lifestyle counseling, and medication discussion when clinically appropriate.
Follow-up consultation
$135
Approximately 15–30 minutes to review progress, adjust your plan when needed and continue nutrition, exercise and lifestyle support.
Prescription medication is not included in visit pricing and is paid directly to the dispensing pharmacy. Prices and visit components may change without notice.
Payment options
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, FSA and HSA are accepted.
Changes & cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice. A $75 fee applies for missed appointments or late changes.
Product refunds
Due to legal and medical restrictions, Resolve does not offer refunds for products such as B-12 injections or supplements.
